  1. Introduction These Terms of Sale govern the purchase and use of digital and customisable legal templates provided by Equine Law UK (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing and using these templates, you (“you” or “the buyer”) agree to be bound by these terms, as well as any other applicable terms and conditions, under the laws of England and Wales.

  2. Products We offer digital legal document templates that can be customised to meet your individual requirements. These products are delivered in a digital format.

  3. Grant of License Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased templates for either personal or internal business purposes. You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or offer these templates to any third party.

  4. No Refunds All sales of digital products are final. Given their digital nature and the fact that they can be downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are not offered. Please ensure that the chosen template suits your needs before purchase.

  5. Copyright Notice All templates and related materials are copyright 2024 by Equine Law UK. Unauthorised copying, distribution, or use of these templates without prior written consent from us is strictly prohibited.

  6. No Solicitor-Client Relationship The purchase and use of our templates do not establish a solicitor-client relationship between Equine Law UK and the purchaser. We do not provide legal services or advice through the sale of these templates.

  7. No Legal Advice The templates and any related guidance provided by us are intended for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. It is recommended that you consult with a qualified solicitor to obtain advice specific to your legal needs and jurisdiction.

  8. Disclaimers The templates are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equine Law UK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the templates, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  10. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the templates after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

  11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
